Pimm’s No.1 & Lemonade


Ingredients for two cocktails:

100ml. Pimm’s No. 1®

2slice(s) Orange

200ml. Lemonade

2slice(s) Cucumber

2piece(s) Strawberry

2piece(s) Mint Sprig

1.2 units of alcohol per serve


1.Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

2.Pour Pimm’s No.1 and lemonade into the glass: Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm’s No.1 and 100ml lemonade into the glass.

3.Garnish with orange, cucumber, strawberry and mint: With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut one slice of orange, one slice of cucumber and place in the drink. Hull a strawberry and add. Place a sprig of mint on top to garnish.

A tasty cocktail to help pretend it is already summer.
