We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and driven individual to take on the role of Event and Sales Co-ordination Manager.

This is an exciting role where the post holder will obtain new business and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. They will also need to assist in maintaining the upkeep of No.4 Hamilton Place.

The role will also focus on achievement and delivery of financial and quality standards in adherence with the annual sales and marketing plan.

Tasks will include dealing with venue enquires, CRM administration for venue bookings, invoicing for events and commission, event management on event days, creating the staff rota and organising cleaners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
