DDRs for every budget

There’s nothing worse than finding the perfect conference venue only to discover that the catering costs push it out of your budget. At No.4 Hamilton Place, all of our DDRs (Daily Delegate Rates) include hire of the ultra-modern Bill Boeing Room and its state of the arts facilities, the Marshall of Cambridge Room and Foyer for registration and catering, as well as our in-house AV technician, a projector, screen and lectern, four table top and two handheld microphones and Wi-Fi internet access. All you have to decide is how to keep your delegates fuelled for the day. Let us take you through the choices…

Chef’s Choice DDRs

For a DDR of £79.50+VAT, the Chef’s Choice package allows your guests to enjoy three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits, iced water throughout the day and a ‘Chef’s choice’ two-course hot fork buffet lunch (one meat and one vegetarian main course, plus dessert), served with jugs of iced water throughout the day and juice with lunch.

Rise & Shine DDRs

The Rise & Shine package includes all the benefits of the Chef’s Choice but also offers your delegates a breakfast roll of egg and bacon or egg and mushroom. A great way to get your invitees firing on all cylinders from the off! This package costs £84.50pp+VAT.

Healthy Option DDRs

Our Healthy Option package includes a carefully created menu, crammed full of healthy ingredients and well-balanced dishes for only £89.50+VAT. The healthy breakfast options include Seasonal fruit skewers and Greek yoghurt pots and the lunch dishes will ensure that your guests feel energised throughout the day.

Other details – DDRs

The above packages are all based on a minimum of 80 delegates and the Bill Boeing Room can accommodate up to 250 in a theatre-style layout. The Bill Boeing Room is a purpose-built conference facility and has state-of-the-art AV equipment, including a three-chip projector. The seats are removable, allowing us to be flexible with the room layout so that you can make the most of the room’s 2,000 square feet of (exhibition) space. The new three-chip data projector displays your computer screen onto our full-sized screen. This screen is retractable and sits on a stage, perfect for presentations and talks. Our in-house AV technician will be onsite throughout ensuring seamless delivery and event flow.

Conference organisers booking into the Bill Boeing suite will also have use of the adjoining Marshall of Cambridge Room and Foyer which work brilliantly as a registration, catering and breakout area or for numbers over 120 guests they can add the Argyll Room and Terrace for outside space.
