From awards ceremonies to private dining, there’s no special occasion we can’t host at No.4 Hamilton Place. Our spaces include stunning period rooms, a beautiful outdoor terrace and a state-of-the-art blank canvas suite. Lingerie launch

We loved hosting The Boux Avenue Autumn/Winter collection launch. The brief was to create a feminine, inviting space in which buyers and press could enjoy exploring the brand’s new designs and our Argyll Room provided the perfect setting. We think the soft-pink lighting complements the period detailing in the room and sets the tone for the event perfectly. Our in-house AV team knows how to make a huge impact with just a few, subtle changes.

Wedding breakfast

As well as working well for corporate events, the Argyll Room is one of the most popular choices with couples tying the knot. Set up here for a wedding breakfast, you can see how well the space lends itself to a round-table layout. Guests have ample room to move about the tables and the elegant centrepieces create a dramatic yet romantic effect.

Awards ceremony

When the Guides for Brides Awards contacted us wanting to host their event at our venue, we knew our most coveted space, The Argyll Room was the one for them. Using one of the beautiful bay recesses as the stage area and the other as a catering space gave all invitees a large space in between to mingle and enjoy the food and drink being served. There was even room for live music as well!

Another fabulous feature for clients holding awards ceremonies at No.4 Hamilton Place is the mezzanine area. Tucked away from the buzz of the main party space, it provides a useful area for photography, interviews and branding. When Specsavers held The Specsavers Bestsellers Awards 2017 with us, this is exactly what they used it for with great results.

18th celebrations

Birthdays are always a great excuse for a party, especially when it’s a big one like an 18th. We helped one lucky teenager celebrate in style with a lavish, Moroccan-themed event. Everything from the furniture to the food was carefully chosen to fit the brief and at this party, the magic was all in the details. Belly dancers, rose petal-lined red carpets and a disco helped create a fantastic celebration that was enjoyed by revelers into the small hours.

Alfresco dining all year round

We held our Christmas showcase in the semi-permanent marquee on No.4 Hamilton Place’s Terrace to show how our outside space can even in the colder months. Entertaining outdoors shouldn’t be an exclusively summer pastime, and our South American-themed party proved this point. The Terrace adjoins the Argyll Room giving guests two fabulous spaces they can enjoy.

There are so many reasons to gather family and friends to enjoy a special meal together. Anniversaries, retirements, birthdays… whatever the occasion, the private dining experience in our Handley Page Room is one your guests will remember for years to come. With food and drink provided by our renowned, in-house caterers, Dish, the menu and surroundings will impress even your most discerning guests. Setting the room up in a banquet style gives guests a fabulous view of the entire length of the room and the chance to enjoy the natural light which floods in from both ends.
