The Royal Aeronautical Society is seeking a Venue Events Assistant to assist the Venue Manager and Event Manager with promoting No 4 Hamilton Place as a major meeting and events venue.
The role will also focus on achievement and delivery of financial and quality standards in adherence with the annual Sales and Marketing plan.  Daily tasks will include dealing with venue enquiries, CRM administration for venue bookings, creating event sheets and assisting with the event management on event days.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to promote No.4 Hamilton Place, which hosts a mixture of various events: weddings, conferences, seminars, receptions, dinners.
The successful applicant will be an excellent verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills to build and develop existing and new business relationships.
