SPRING HAS SPRUNG WITH NO.4 HAMILTON PLACE’S NEW SEASONAL MENU

The time is here to launch our Spring menus at No.4 Hamilton Place and Maddie Barton, food by dish’s Assistant Catering Manager spills the beans on what our clients can expect.

Assorted flavour macaroons filled with white and dark chocolate” As the 20th March is officially the first day of spring (as well as international happiness day!) we thought now was the time to introduce our new menus for this special time of year.

Spring time is definitely one of my favourite times of the year, not only because my birthday falls at the time of the year (and who doesn’t love birthdays?) but also because everything starts to come to life again after the cold wintery weather we all put up with in this wonderful country that we call home. So in honour of this beautiful season I would like to introduce you to our menus for the season.”

Queen scallop, lemon and chilli dressing“Our head chef, Magnus, has produced this menu to encompass those great ingredients that this time of year has to offer like beautiful spring lamb accompanied by delicious date purée, spinach, preserved lemon with a celeriac fondant and cumin jus or using those vegetables that come into their own at this time like fresh garden peas in our Beef chuck filled ravioli, broad beans, peas, pea shoots with a tangy cream sauce.
