We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to provide a friendly and efficient telephone and reception service with the key aim of ensuring customers, visitors, members etc. receive a professional and warm welcome.
As receptionist, you will have a ‘can do attitude’, be flexible and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Dealing with enquiries
Manage the phone, take messages
Ensure reception area is clean and tidy
Skills and Experience:
Experience of telephone work; demonstrating a courteous, helpful and pleasant telephone manner
Previous experience within a similar venue/organisation
Must be fluent with both verbal and written English
Flexible in approach with a ‘can do attitude’
