Handley Page Room and Sopwith Room
For a meeting that demands a sense of occasion both the Handley Page and Sopwith Room are perfect suitors. Either space can be hired individually and also make for a great pair when catering or break out rooms are required providing more of an experience for your delegates.
With the Sopwith Room‘s beautiful, detailed cornicing, stunning marble fireplace and impressive, wooden display cabinets, this meeting room never fails to impress. The large bow window floods the space with daylight and when set up in a theatre style layout, the room accommodates 40 guests. The Handley Page Room has even larger windows than its neighbour, fabulous views over Hyde Park and equally beautiful period detailing.
The Business Lounge
With three, large windows facing Hyde Park, the Business Lounge not only offers great views but also lots of natural light – a great way to help keep your guests energised throughout your meeting. The space can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre-style layout and works equally well in a boardroom set-up for 15. This suite has one of the highest AV specs throughout the venue, so organisers can rest-assured there will be no technical hiccups along the way.
The Reading Room works well as a stand-alone space, but also brilliantly in conjunction with the Business Lounge if your meeting requires separate refreshment or registration areas. It has similar capacities to the Business Lounge and both suites are situated on the third floor.
In contrast to most of our stunning Edwardian townhouse, the Toulouse Room – situated in our contemporary, lower ground floor Airbus Business Suite – sports a sleek, modern look. It hosts up to 8 guests in a boardroom layout and unsurprisingly boasts all the state-of-the-art AV facilities you’d expect from a purpose-built meeting space.
Our in-house caterer, Food By Dish, is industry-renowned for its high quality, flexible and delicious menu options. Whether they are putting on a simple breakfast for an early meeting or a three-course, fine dining meal for an occasion dinner, our kitchen staff put everything they’ve got into making sure event is the best it can possibly be.
